By Using the WELLₓNESS Exchange, You Agree to the Following

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for making informed decisions about your wellbeing. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new health practice based on information from Creos or any wellness source.
• No Warranties: The WELLₓNESS Exchange and all content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or safety. We cannot promise specific results from using the platform or its information.
• Limitation of Liability: Creos is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including personal injury, property damage, or economic loss. This includes content or services provided by third-party collaborators featured on the Creos platform.
• Content Disclaimer: All shared content—text, audio, visual, or otherwise—is for general entertainment and/or information only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional when seeking medical advice and/or evaluation.
• Your Privacy: We protect your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes and do not share performer information without consent.
• User Conduct: You agree to engage respectfully and refrain from posting content that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or misleading.
• Modifications: These Terms of Participation may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform. Please review them periodically.

Independent Evaluation

By participating in Creos, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms. Your decision to gift to Creos is based on your own independent evaluation, not on any representations or guarantees beyond what is stated here.

Dispute Resolution

Disagreement

Any disagreement arising from this agreement will be resolved through confidential arbitration, except in matters involving violations of our intellectual property rights. In such cases, we may seek appropriate relief in state or federal court. You consent to jurisdiction in those courts.

Course of Action

Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable. To the fullest extent allowed by law, arbitration will occur on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by United States law. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. This agreement binds both parties and their successors. These Terms of Participation constitute the entire agreement between you and Creos regarding your use of our services.

Energy Labs

Any Energy Labs added to the exchange that includes “Lifetime Access” will remain active for a period of two (2) years from its initial activation date. In the event of future changes, a minimum sixty (60) day advance notice will be provided, along with options to embark in another active Energy Labs hosted on the exchange.

Gifts and Refunds

Creos operates through a community-supported gifting model. Financial gifts help support Creos programming, content, experiences, and the continued operation of the WELLₓNESS Exchange.

By submitting a gift, you acknowledge Creos gifting terms before completing the transaction and that All gifts are final and non-refundable.
